1.  Services Provided

We offer:

  • Online car inspection reports (VIN-based, image-based, and on-site)
  • Car selling support through our “Sell It For Me” package

We operate across the United States, and all services are offered remotely or through authorized inspectors.

2.  Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are clearly listed on our
  • Payment must be made in advance through our online
  • All payments are final and non-refundable

3.  Delivery of Reports

  • VIN and online inspections: Delivered via email within 24 working hours
  • On-site inspections: Visit within 48 working hours, report within 24 working hours after visit
  • Sell It For Me: Process begins after full payment confirmation

4.  Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete vehicle information
  • Upload required images in clear quality
  • Ensure accessibility for on-site inspections (if applicable)

5.  Limitations

  • We do not guarantee the sale of any vehicle
  • Final negotiations and sales are between the buyer and seller directly
  • We are not responsible for inaccurate or misleading data provided by customers

6.  Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service at our discretion. If a service is declined before execution, a refund may be considered. Once processing begins, no refund will be issued.

7.  Legal Disclaimer

  • Our reports are informational only and do not constitute legal or mechanical guarantees
  • We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from use of our services
