We operate across the United States, and all services are offered remotely or through authorized inspectors.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are clearly listed on our
- Payment must be made in advance through our online
- All payments are final and non-refundable
3. Delivery of Reports
- VIN and online inspections: Delivered via email within 24 working hours
- On-site inspections: Visit within 48 working hours, report within 24 working hours after visit
- Sell It For Me: Process begins after full payment confirmation
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete vehicle information
- Upload required images in clear quality
- Ensure accessibility for on-site inspections (if applicable)
5. Limitations
- We do not guarantee the sale of any vehicle
- Final negotiations and sales are between the buyer and seller directly
- We are not responsible for inaccurate or misleading data provided by customers
6. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service at our discretion. If a service is declined before execution, a refund may be considered. Once processing begins, no refund will be issued.
